What can I do if a product I want to purchase it out of stock?

We do our best to keep up with demand, but sometimes the item you want might just be so popular that it is out of stock. We are usually able to restock items fairly quickly, so check back often.

We are based in the USA. Our orders are shipped from fulfillment centers in the USA, UK, and worldwide

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. We are always looking to expand into additional markets, so if you are located somewhere that we do not currently ship to and our interested in our products please reach out to us.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you should receive an email with your tracking order within 2 to 8 days after your order is placed.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship our products from various fulfillment centers around the globe, so shipping times will vary depending on where you’re located and where the product is coming from. Because of this, you may receive your order anywhere from 6 days to around 45 days from time of order. If it has been longer than 45 days, please reach out to us at hi@bumblesandbees.com.

Why wasn't my order batched?

We ship your orders from various international warehouse. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

How do I know if my order was received?

You should receive an order confirmation to the email address that you used to place your order within a couple of hours of placing the order. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder in case it was caught by any filters. If you still cannot locate it, please email us hi@bumblesandbees.com.

I just placed my order. I need to change something. Can I do that?

Please reach out to us at hi@bumblesandbees.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can’t make adjustments to an order once it has been confirmed. However, if your order has not yet been confirmed/processed, we may be able to help.
